Did you have any prior development or coding experience??
Yes, we did. Originally, our founders had been working in IT companies as developers and product managers.
What was the most challenging aspect of developing mobile app?
It was a tough period when we just started a project. We almost closed it because there was no profit. Fortunately, just by then, we had been taken up by a startup accelerator where the project would reach the break-even point. We started to talk with real designers and people who were going to make a renovation. After that, we had changed our approach and survived. We have grown up 30 times and today we get about 6M downloads.
What need of the user did you have in mind when developing this app?
Easy way to get a full interior design project with all the measurements even if you are not a designer
You can measure space and create stunning 2D/3D floor plans and use it for renovation
You can decorate and furnish interiors with world-famous brands with real measurements and get a shopping list
You can make professional visualizations and get inspiration from predesigned layouts of rooms/houses
In what way do you think your app is better than similar apps on the market? Please describe in detail what innovation you think you bring and what you are proud of in your app.
Our first thought was to make an app with a similar result like when you make projects in professional CAD software, but easy to use. You can just open our app on the phone and create a full design project with all the floorplans, measurements, shopping lists, visualizations. Besides, our subscribers notice that we have a really good quality of images, better than any other apps. Moreover, we have our own social network for designers where people can create a portfolio, share it, get feedback and inspiration.
What are your future plans and expected features of the coming new versions of this app?
Now we are focused on improving our catalog and feature for importing personal user’s content. Also, we plan to launch design challenges, AR/LiDAR measurements, furniture store pages.

Short company history
We have 4 main founders.They used to work together in IT-company and started to develop an app when Leo began to build a house in 2010.There was no such product at the market,which would enable a non-designer to create a project of the house with furniture and measurements.
