  • Will our company have its own app icon?

    No, it will still be the Room Planner app, but it will feature your company’s logo and catalog internally.


  • Can we show only our company’s templates?

    Yes, in the “Explore” feed and in the room templates, you can show only your own designs.


  • Can we use standard templates, edit it and save as company template?

    Yes, open template, add your products, take a photo and publish it. This gonna work as your new template.


  • Can we change the catalog structure?

    Yes, via the Manage Categories tab.


  • Can we add custom filters to the existing catalog structure?

  • No, but you can create your own catalog structure with custom filters and hide the general one.


  • Can we hide other companies’ products (e.g., IKEA) from the catalog?

    Yes, in Manage Categories, specify the relevant categories in the Hide Others In field.


  • How does generating commercial offers work?

    You can go to the Shopping List and export a PDF of the products used, or send the list to your website if the Shopping Cart API is enabled.


  • Is it possible to set up a seamless transition to the cart on our own website?

    Yes, you can add a link that transfers the cart to your website to finalize the order.
